I was born in Saskatchewan and grew up in Saskatoon. In the 70’s and early 80’s I played in a rock band and also produced my first album, “Old Friends”, all original songs. I moved to Vancouver in the mid 80’s and spent the next 20 years working in social services.

In 2001 I moved to Victoria, B.C. and returned to professional music. I released the solo guitar suite “Prairie Stop” in 2005, made with the assistance of the Canada Council for the Arts. I also played in the group “Mowbray and Mills”, performing original music.

Collaborated with Tyler Lieb to produce the 10 song release “Mowbray and Lieb”. He is a wonderful guitar player who now is a pedal steel specialist.

My present focus is on composition, recording, and performing in the Victoria music scene.
